Dutch Ministry Orange Knowledge Program 2023 aims to improve the quality of education and training in developing countries. The program provides scholarships for individuals from these countries to pursue short and long-term courses at institutions of higher education in the Netherlands. The program focuses on various sectors such as agriculture, water, and governance and provides opportunities for professionals, managers, and policymakers to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to make a positive impact in their countries.

Suitability for Dutch Ministry Orange Knowledge Program 2023:
- Applicants must work for an organization, university, institute, society, NGO or commission that has a national/local focus or an educational/professional focus.
- The applicant must have experience in the field of their interest or be employed in this field.
- The candidate must be a citizen of one of the above countries.
- Must provide all required documentation.
- Applicants should provide a government statement if the local government requires a letter.

Application Finish Date:
- In Session 1: 30 March 16:00 CET for courses starting between 24 July 2023 and 31 January 2024.
- In Session 2: 5 September 16:00 CET for courses starting from 1 February 2024.
