Job Description:

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for swimming pool and landscaping projects. This role is critical to the success of the company, as accurate cost estimation is essential for winning projects and maintaining profitability. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of the construction processes involved in swimming pool and landscaping projects, as well as the ability to work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all aspects of a project are considered in the estimation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing Project Specifications:
    The Estimation Engineer will thoroughly review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope of work and the materials and labor required. This analysis is essential for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates.
  2. Preparing Cost Estimates:
    Using industry-standard estimation software and tools, the Estimation Engineer will prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
