Melbourne University Scholarships-Jack Keating Fund Policy Paper Benefits:
- The recipient would receive up to $20,000 to produce a 15-20 page strategy paper (computer based research, no ethics required) for a period of six months, with an option to extend by three months if needed.
- 70% paid to the beneficiary up front and the rest paid after the contribution is completed.

Jack Keating Fund Policy Paper Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an employee or student at the University of Melbourne, OR
- Be a person or organization outside the University.
Selection criteria
Conditions:
- The post must be completed no later than December 15, 2023.
- The University reserves the right to review submissions prior to publication.
- The university will place the published contribution on the university website, but the recipient of the funds will retain the intellectual property.
- Awardees are encouraged to publish the article elsewhere but are expected to notify the University of such publications.
- The recipient must clearly confirm that the paper was funded by the Jack Keating Fund.
- The University would have the right to revoke the link to the document if necessary.
