- Coordinate and manage project team members.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
QA/QC Manager:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Architect:
- Design and plan building structures and landscapes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

- Identify and report on construction defects and non-compliance issues.
