Responsibilities:
For Site QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors:
- Perform quality control inspections on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Conduct inspections on Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical aspects of construction projects.
- Oversee and document all quality-related activities on-site.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Document control for all construction-related activities.
Shutdown Project Maintenance Team Recruitment
For Technical Team at Head Office:
- BIM Manager:
- Manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects.
- Coordinate BIM implementation across projects.
- Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols.
- BIM Coordinator:
- Coordinate BIM workflow and processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
- BIM Modeler:
- Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models are compliant with project requirements and standards.
- QS – Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations.
