Project Manager
Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and present progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, especially in large-scale building projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
BIM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for building projects.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration between design, construction, and management teams.
- Implement BIM standards and protocols.
- Conduct BIM training sessions for staff.
- Maintain BIM documentation and models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
